A product's minimum and maximum frequency are specified by the third and fourth set of characters within the product number itself. The first 2 digits of both the maximum and the minumum frequencies are the significant digits of the frequency. The last digit of both the maximum and the minimum frequencies are the number of trailing zeros. For example, in the model number:

ELCO-MS-507/108-01
507 Represents the minimum frequency.
507 represents 50 x 107 Hz, or 500 MHz.
108 Represents the maximum frequency.
108 represents 10 x 108 Hz, or 1000 MHz.
